This site collects nothing. Here is what that means, point by point, and what would change the day it stopped being true.

01What this site collects
Nothing. There is no account, no cart, no payment and no analytics. No page asks you to identify yourself, and none follows you from one page to the next.
02The forms
The dealer application form and the contact buttons send nothing to a server: they compose an email in your own mail client. You see what leaves, and you decide whether to send it. Until you press send, we have nothing.
03What becomes of your email
It is used to answer you, and for nothing else. A distribution or pricing enquiry may be passed to the dealer in your territory. That is the only case where your message leaves the company, and never to more than one recipient. No address is sold, rented or added to a mailing list.
04How long we keep it
Three years after the last exchange, then deletion. An enquiry that became a commercial file or a warranty follows the life of that file, because it is part of it. You may ask for deletion before those deadlines: see your rights, below.
05Where it is hosted
Our email is operated by Microsoft, and the site is served by a third-party host. Your messages may therefore be stored or processed outside Québec and be subject to the law of that country. Nothing is transferred there beyond the email you write to us.
06Cookies
This site sets no non-essential cookie. The detail, and what your choice governs, are on the Cookies page.
07Hosting logs
Like any site, this one is served by a host that keeps technical logs: IP address, page requested, timestamp. They are needed for security and fault diagnosis. We do not consult them to identify a person and we cross-reference them with nothing.
08Your rights
You may ask for access to the information we hold about you, for its correction, for its deletion, and you may withdraw a consent you gave. You may also ask to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. In practice, on a site with no accounts, that means the emails you have written to us. We answer within thirty days.
09If our answer does not satisfy you
Write to us first: most requests are settled in one exchange. If the disagreement persists, you may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, which is the competent authority.
10Who is accountable
Their title and contact details are published below, as the law requires. Write for any access, correction, deletion or withdrawal request: it is the same address, and it reaches the right person.
11Changes
This page carries the date of its last revision. A substantive change is published here before it ships, not after: an analytics tool, a form that posts to a server, an embedded video.
A question about your personal information, or a request for access or correction: write to us. We answer within thirty days.
