Assistance
Technical support
A question about compatibility, load or assembly. An engineer answers within 24 working hours.
What the technical desk answers
Compatibility
Whether the part bolts to what you already own: section, chord spacing, connection type.
Loads and spans
Reading the load chart for your configuration: span, support points, distributed or point load.
Identification
Finding a part number from a photo of the label, or from a part in hand with no legible label.
Assembly
Assembly order, pin orientation, tightening torques and permissible lifting points.
What to send
- 01The part number, or a photo of the traceability label.
- 02The clear span and the intended support points.
- 03The load and its nature: distributed, point, suspended or ground-supported.
- 04Photos of the part or the build, if the question is about a condition.
Where this help stops
The technical desk reads a load chart with you; it does not design your structure and does not sign it off. A structure carrying above an audience is the business of an engineer who signs it, and that signature cannot come from a supplier.
