Terms of use
What this site is, what its figures are worth, and where what it tells you stops.
Last revised: 2026-08-20
01What this site is
A product presentation. It is not a shop and it is not an offer to sell: no price appears, no order is placed, and selling goes through the dealer in your territory. Availability shown here does not commit to a lead time, and nothing on this site forms a contract.
02Published figures
Stated loads are working loads, not breaking loads, and they hold only for a build that follows the family's manual and for the revision named on the document. A stale load chart used for a calculation gives an undersized structure: the revision of the document governs, never a figure read off a web page, including this one.
03This site does not design your structure
The documents, the drawings and the technical desk help you read a load chart. They do not replace an engineer's study, and nothing found here amounts to approval of a build. A structure carrying above an audience is the business of someone who signs it, and the build, its inspection and its operation remain the responsibility of whoever carries them out.
04Limitation of liability
The content of this site is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this site or from being unable to use it, nor for a technical decision taken on the strength of information published here without checking the document in force. This limit does not touch what cannot be excluded by law, in particular the legal warranties applicable to products sold.
05Availability of the site
The site may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn without notice, in whole or in part. A part, a specification or a document may change or disappear: that is precisely why every document carries its revision.
06Trademark and content
The Vector Truss name, its logo, the texts, the technical drawings and the documents on this site are protected. A dealer may reproduce them to present the range; any other reproduction requires written agreement. Certification bodies' marks belong to their holders, and this site never displays one without naming it.
07Third-party links
A link to a dealer's or a body's site implies no control on our part over what is there, and no warranty as to its accuracy.
08Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed. The version in force is the one published on this page, and it carries the date of its last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the version displayed.
09Severability
If a clause of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is set aside and the others continue to apply.
10Governing law
The laws in force in the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, before the courts of the district of Montréal. The parties agree that these terms and the exchanges relating to them be drawn up in French.
